At the heart of the DOVISTA Group you find our Model Company Objective. We want to be  responsible, and expect all our suppliers and business partners to support us in our Model Company Objective.

It is the Group’s purpose to establish a number of Model Companies, which co-operate in an exemplary manner. A Model Company works with products useful to society and treats its customers, suppliers, employees of all categories and shareholders better than most other companies.  A Model Company makes a profit which can finance growth and maintain financial independence.

The DOVISTA Group aims for social and environmental responsibility. A responsibility we live up to – at the same time respecting cultural and legal differences. At a local and global level, we work constantly to improve our efforts toward added economic value, responsibility toward our employees and the community at large – and our overarching corporate responsibility. We believe that everyone is entitled to good working conditions and respect.

General principles of responsibility
In the conduct of our business we will observe a high degree of integrity. We comply with the laws of those countries in which we do business. We respect UN international human rights treaties and acknowledge our responsibility to employees and the communities in which we work and live. It is a measure of our behaviour that we try unremittingly to become a little better each day.

Daylight, fresh air and a better environment are important elements in our continued product development –as we move towards optimum use of basic energy resources. This – and the correct use of our products – helps achieve more efficient use of alternative-energy sources and raw materials in both the creation and application of our products.
