DOVISTA A/S is the parent company of a steadily growing DOVISTA Group, which comprises strategic business units focused on the development, manufacture and sale of windows and doors. Our 10 brands are represented in seven European countries.

The DOVISTA Group invests in, develops and supports a number of European sales companies with a national focus and production companies with a global focus at 50 locations in selected markets. We always invest in companies on the basis of a long-range strategy of retaining and developing them.

The DOVISTA Group – through its sales and production companies – employs about 3.200 people in seven European countries. At its European headquarters DOVISTA A/S co-ordinates business development, innovation, finance, IT, logistics, operational excellence and HR.

DOVISTA A/S is owned by VKR Holding A/S, a company founded in 1941 by Villum Kann Rasmussen and today one of Denmark’s largest and most reputable industrial groups. The principal shareholder of VKR Holding is the foundation VILLUM FONDEN.
